To return an item using LaLuna's hassle free return process:  

1. Describe the item purchased from LaLuna's and the damage sustained, Please supply images of the damaged item and area in question. Only items damaged in shipping are applicable for return, and only if reported within 14 days.

2. LaLuna's hassle-free returns generates a return shipping label and packing slip, which will be supplied to you.  

3. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and send the item back to the seller. You must return the item within 5 business days of requesting the return.  

4. LaLuna's refunds you within 4 business days of receiving the returned item.
